Our Story
Busy Brooms Commercial Cleaning was founded in Florida in 2005 by Sandra and JP Maritz. The company currently provides services in both Florida and Pennsylvania.
Busy Brooms is a privately held and operated company. We are not a franchise, so we do not buy contracts nor do we sell or sub-contract to other vendors. This insures that we can consistently provide trustworthy service.
Busy Brooms Commercial Cleaning started as an idea and grew into a company geared towards today’s fast paced corporate world. Our goal is to provide our clients with customs cleaning programs that fit their needs and budget with unsurpassed quality and excellence in service.
Here at Busy Brooms we strive to build a different kind of Cleaning Company. We look for new technology and products all the time to improve what we already do. All personnel of Busy Brooms go through a lengthy hiring and training process before they are able to begin representing the company, this ensures quality personnel and most important quality service with every visit.
We believe in the importance of insuring the client’s needs are being met, this is achieved by creating a custom plan for every client.

Sandy and JP had a vision to create a better Commercial Cleaning business and in 2005 they set out to do just that. Sandy graduated from Florida State University in 2003. She has recently completed her MBA at Florida Atlantic University.
JP Maritz
Chief of Operations and Marketing
JP worked extensively in the restaurant industry for many years before deciding to create a better Commercial Cleaning company. In 2005 he made the decision to start his own business with his wife Sandy.
